Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Below are the payment terms and cancellation procedures for activities organized by Tagliot – The Israeli Institute of Archaeology:

Please read the registration and cancellation procedures on this page carefully. Registration for any activity constitutes agreement to these terms.

Payment Plan
(Installments are interest-free and not linked to any index)

For a one-day tour, the charge will be made after the tour has taken place.

For a series of tours or lectures, the charge will be made approximately one week before the first activity in the series.

For any other activity, the charge will be made in accordance with the specific terms published for each activity.

Credit card details provided at the time of booking are stored securely for billing purposes only, until the time of charge.

We accept all major credit cards (excluding debit cards).

Cancellation Notice

Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to: [email protected]
Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you receive confirmation of receipt.

Cancellation Policy
(Unless otherwise stated on the activity page):

Up to 5 business days before the activity – no cancellation fee.

3–4 business days before the activity – a 50% cancellation fee.

From 2 business days before the activity or on the day of the activity – full charge.

In the case of a series of tours or lectures, the relevant date is that of the first session in the series.

Tagliot reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to weather conditions, low registration, or security considerations.

Tour programs may be subject to changes at the guide’s discretion.

Transaction cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 2010.

Special Discount for Licensed Tour Guides
Tagliot offers a 30% discount on one-day tours for licensed tour guides, for up to 10 participants per tour.
To receive the discount, please fill in your tour guide license number in the designated field on the registration page.
Your card will be charged the discounted amount after the tour.
